I think I saw this one before. It was called "Where The Boys Are" and took place in Florida instead of North Carolina. Then it was contemporary but now it's a nostalgia fest. Pretty crappy but the music is good and all those vintage cars are fun to see. Damn nostalgia, it just won't leave a person alone.
