Movie #2460: Baby Needs A New Pair Of Shoes (1974, Bill Brame)
There is a certain charm to this Grade-Z blaxsploition entry. It's mainly due to the amateur style of the film and the leading role played by Paul Harris (although the white dude with a much smaller role gets top billing).
