Movie #2380: Clear History (2013, Greg Mottola)
It's Larry David playing the same character as he does on TV. Only now, it's a movie so it's much longer.
The concept is that Mr David is extremely annoying. So annoying that it's funny. However, a whole movie length of annoying does begin to grate.
