Pretty good effort from a young William Castle (before all the gimicks). Easy to follow plot in this comedy/crime drama as the murder victim is "Roy Clark" played by pre-star Rock Hudson.

Movie #2566: The Fast Lady (1962, Ken Annakin)

Has all the telltale signs of the idiotic British comedy. But it does add a little bit of style not found in the Carry On series. One bit of style is Julie Christie who soon moved on to more mature roles.
