TV episode #74: Highway Patrol - Desert Town (1955, Eddie Davis)
Another fine episode of The Rifleman but it's the Highway Patrol episode that's more my cup-of-tea. Broderick Crawford cruises around on the highway and finds a small town where everything is closed up in the middle of a work day. That's mighty suspicious.
Both these series have great lead actors in Broderick Crawford and Chuck Connors. Brod has the advantage though - he doesn't have to ride a horse.
