Movie #1872: Trash Humpers (2009, Harmony Korine)
I still remember seeing Korine's "Gummo" at a theatre in Ottawa. Now that was sick! Well, so is "Trash Humpers". The problem is that it appears to be pretty much the same movie. Instead of cracker youngsters, we now have cracker oldsters. It's the same wall-to-wall depravity. Wereas, "Gummo" was entertaining because Korine had a fresh (and revolting) way of looking at things, this is just more of the same.
