Newt "Hands Of A Stranger" Arnold is back. However, the murder/voodoo plot is just too much to overcome. Newt tries to jazz it up by having the detective talk to himself (out loud), carry a dummy of himself around in a suitcase and lose fights to a one-legged man . It ain't enough.
