Day #21,563

Movie #1529: And God Said To Cain(1970, Antonio Margheriti)

Hard to say if this one was good or not. This was a very bad print of a movie shot almost entirely at night. It was very hard to make out most of what happened.

  1. I don't really care for any of your musical choices; it seems to me like you were going more for comedy than for music in general, with the possible exception of Liverpool which is pretty catchy.

Thanks for the movie listing. I watched Woman On The Run tonight and thought it to be excellent. Lots of drama and suspense with a great roller coaster scene at the end. I'll have to look for the the others on your list.

  2. Watched The Lady From Shanghai this morning. 4:30am may not be the optimal time to watch a move like this but I enjoyed it anyway. I didn't care for the plot much, and I thought a lot of the secondary characters were poorly written and acted, but the film was visually stunning with great composition and lighting, and Rita Hayworth was not hard on the eyes either. I did think it strange that in many scenes, all the men were sweating profusely while lovely Rita remained completely dry.
